Initial Assessment

One-Off Test Session

A 30–45 minute gym based assessment designed to analyse the gymnast‘s posture, movement patterns and physical readiness for training.

Includes:

• Creation of a personalised pre-rehab program.

• Posture and movement observation.

• Strength, control, and alignment checks.

• Join stability and mobility screening.

• Identification of key injury risk areas.

This session helps identify areas that may benefit from targeted support or injury prevention work.


Pre-Rehab/Injury Prevention Program

8–12 Week Personalised Plan

A personalised pre-rehab program designed to reduce injury risk and support safe progression in gymnastics training.

Programs are typically completed before or after training sessions and are based on the gymnast’s assessment findings.

Includes:

• Personalised pre-rehab exercises program.

• Targeted work on key risk areas.

• Support during the program period.

Programs can be updated or replaced as the gymnast develops or training demands change.


Injury Rehabilitation Support

Short/Long-Term Rehab Plan

Designed for gymnasts currently managing an injury and working towards a safe return to full training.

This service provides regular supervision and program updates to ensure safe rehabilitation.

Includes:

• Individualised rehabilitation program.

• Program updates every 1-2 weeks as needed.

• Exercises tailored to the stage of recovery.

• Progressive exercises to support a safe return to gymnastics.

• Weekly supervised gym session (up to 1 hour).

Movement Re-Assessment

(Test Session)

A short follow-up session used to review progress and re-test key areas following the initial assessment.

Recommended 6-12 months after the first assessment.

Please note: this session is a re-test and review only and does not include a new program.

Includes:

• Review of movement improvements.

• Re-testing of key areas.

• Adjustments to focus areas. 

Flexibility Training

(1:1 Session)

A supervised session focused on improving flexibility, mobility, and body control specific to gymnastics.

Includes:

• Guided flexibility & mobility work.

• Active and passive flexibility development.

• Individual adjustments based on current ability.

• Exercises to support long-term flexibility progress.

Ideal for gymnasts needing to improve range of motion for skills, shapes & performance.

Strength Training

(1:1 Session)

A 1-to-1 gym-based session focused on developing strength, control, & physical capacity to support gymnastics performance and reduce injury risk.

Includes:

• Individualised strength training with tailored exercises.

• Technique coaching & movement correction.

• Safe, progressive overload to build strength.

• Complements & enhances gymnastics performance.

Ideal for gymnasts wanting to improve strength, stability, & overall performance outside of normal training.
